2. Return or Exchange Process for Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare occurrence that you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, kindly furnish us with an unaltered unboxing video of the package within one day of its delivery. We assure you that we will collaborate with you promptly to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Apart from damaged or defective items, all other products sold by JWEL are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy ensures that you receive a brand-new product that has not been previously worn or used by another customer.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
2. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
3. If the product is made to order by the customer.
